Friends of Kellogg is an independent, not-for-profit corporation comprised of parent volunteers charged with building a stronger community and raising funds to support educational and technological improvements for the students and teachers at Kate Starr Kellogg Elementary school.
The core mission is to enhance and enrich the quality of our students’ educational experience through the distribution of financial and non-financial resources. Fundraising efforts are supported by a parent volunteer group working with the Kellogg administration and Local School Council.
Our Board of Directors is committed to transparency and clarity of funding allocations. We seek support that advances the academic and social emotional well-being of our students. A collective investment in our children today supports the future well-being of our communities and the city at large.
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world."
- Margaret Mead
